Installation went good. Job took two days. Salesman said it would be one, but they only sent 3 men instead of 5. Installers didn’t follow recommendation of salesman, just did what was there unless we pointed out prescribed improvements

Salesman Lee M. was great. He was honest up front and not a high-pressure sales pitch. Provide accurate information. Jose and Daniel, the fabricators, were friendly and efficient—very good workers. Fernando and Irwin were the installers. They did a site review to make sure the installation went smoothly. They were professional and quick workers. All of the employees we had contact with were very professional and great representatives of the company.

There is a covering over the front porch over the fascia board. A gap was left. I called them to come out. I have not seen anybody yet.

The only reason I am giving them a 9-star rating instead of a 10- star rating is because I am not out and about much. I am very satisfied with what they did.
