We gave this company a 1 star review because Leaf Guard of Idaho sent out an inexperienced crew to do our installation.

Two of the installers broke branches off two trees without informing anyone.

We found the damage the next day and we also discovered that our new gutters were leaking where the inexperienced employees had been working.

One installer drilled 6 holes in our stucco to install a drain spout only to find that he made a mistake. The drain spout did not line up, so he then had to drill 6 more holes to make it line up right.

We called the product manager to let him know how upset we were. He then sent over an experienced service crew (Garrett & Kirk) to correct the original installers mistakes.

I can now give the service crew 5 stars! The experienced crew were very professional and very knowledgeable.

We are now confident and satisfied with the work thanks to Garrett & Kirk

We recommend if you are wanting gutters installed request Garrett & Kirk.
