Just a quick review on a very pleasant sales experience. First off Austin came into our house and was very professional right from the beginning ONE thing you need to know is that I have Parkinson’s so one of the drawbacks is that I have difficulty projecting my voice. That said Austin went through his sales pitch and it was good. Very god. I was dead set on getting the other solution, the one that uses your existing gutters and adds an overlay mesh filter. Well Austin didn’t know this however somehow must have had a premonition or just has been doing this long enough that he was able to cut to the chase. My guess is the latter. But he made an argument why we shouldn’t use our existing gutters and I am so happy that we listened to him because our old gutters were shot. We signed on the spot and have no buyers remorse. Not even a little bit. Austin made a call to his office and told us he could have an installation crew at our house in two days. So here’s the second chapter. Mike and John showed up at our house in two days as promised. And they were the e-epitome of,professionalism. They came to the door introduced themselves, explained what they planned to do and went on about their business. On at least two occasions they came back to update us on the installation. Again realize that I have Parkinson’s and have trouble communicating. Well I’m here to tell you that Austin, Mike and John were all very accommodating. My wife was always by my side and helped me communicate to these fine gentleman. I’m just going to conclude by saying I was a pleasant experience from sales, purchase and installation. I would highly recommend LEAF GUARD to anyone looking for gutter protection.
