Carl Bateman..Carl came to my house and done a marvelous job on what leaf guard represents and he done a marvelous job on showing what leaf has to off.He went over all my concerns about me ever having to get on a ladder again.He was so nice and polite and respectful and trustworthy. Jeff was a great rep for Leafguard. He was prompt at his appointment time and explained his plan for the visit. He inspected our home in detail and explained very clearly issues with our gutter system and how Leafguard would solve our issues. He was very pleasant and professional. He also worked with us on the pricing and we decided to go with his solution. We had failing gutters after 20 years and now are excited to have a system that is warranted for the life of our home.

Additionally the team was scheduled to come out two days later which they did. However because of severe rain they had to postpone for two more days. The workers who came to install were also very pleasant and willing to work with us. We’re excited to see the finished product in 2 days. Will give an update then.

I had a good experience. Though I was pushed for time Gabriel made sure that he explained his findings after taking photos and explained what the problems were and how to fix the water management problems and showed me options available to me. I hope to give a good review after the work is done.
