Overall I am pleased with the looks of the gutters but it has not rained hard yet for me to know if the gutters work well or not.

The salesperson, Dave, knew so much about the gutters and different styles. He educated me very well. The crew was very professional and fast.

The gentleman who came to my home to talk to me about it was very pleasant and professional. His smile and calm demeanor was very helpful. And all the work he put in to help me finance this was great. He made it so easy.

The issue that I’m having is with the contract. I was offered the promotional rate by the salesperson. I never received the first statement, and then I got a statement later on saying I was late for payment. The APR was three times the amount it was supposed to be. They also applied finance charges that were not supposed to be applied for the first six months if I pay it off within six months. The last statement I received still had finance charges, and they adjusted the APR from 10% to 3.99%. But, for the first six months, I wasn’t supposed to have any finance charges. I sent them a copy of the contract, and I don’t know what to do. I have to call them again.

Sales person was sensitive to the amount of insurance claim money I had to spend, and did his best to stay within my budget.
