Kenneth and Ed were amazing-Kenneth did the “lions share” of the work because Ed had to drive all the way to Salem to pick up additional parts!

Extremely Professional. Easy to talk to and with. Explained everything in great detail what was happening at the moment. Answered every and all questions.And when they were finished, cleaned up everything, You wouldn’t know that they had been there except for the beautiful new gutters on the house.

Too expensive for the average household. Estimator could be more detail oriented, although he was very nice. But he missed menchening the long metal brackets holding up the heavy downspout chains had to be removed first by a roofing company, before the gutters could be installed. So the gutter instlation team arrived to install the gutters, and had to leave without any instlation, because the downspout chain brackets had to be removed FIRST.

The experience of purchasing and installing went very smoothly. The effectiveness of the system and potential need for maintenance are yet to be proven but we have no reason to doubt the claimed benefit.
